Ours is going pretty good, with the first weekend behind us and four more left. We’ll likely be brewing one of those weekends (hopefully August 10th) since we went the whole week of July without brewing anything new.
The IPA is in kegs right now carbonating, and the barley wine (we might relabel this a DIPA) is still fermenting for another couple weeks. Some of the IPA will be getting bottled while the rest will likely be served right out of the tap.
Next two beers on deck are NOT going to be lagers. We’ll be attacking our caramel milk stout again, and likely follow that up with a pumpkin imperial stout (hopefully fresh pumpkins will be available soon).
